Technical Specifications

Anchorlube is a non-hazardous, water soluble cutting fluid engineered for the most demanding metals, including stainless steel, high-carbon steel, aluminum, titanium, and exotic alloys.

It provides outstanding performance across a variety of machining operations, such as drilling, tapping, sawing, cutting, turning, milling, and threading, ensuring smooth, efficient results in every application.

Our all-purpose metalworking compound has a smooth, green semi-paste consistency that naturally adjusts with temperature fluctuations. With a melting point between 75°F and 80°F, it becomes more fluid in warmer conditions and thickens in cooler temperatures - without compromising its effectiveness.

Outperforms The Competition

I've tried them all – Tap Magic, Rapid Tap, Accu-Lube, CRC Cutting Oil, you name it, but Anchorlube outperforms them by far. It keeps my tools cooler, extends their life, and gives smoother cuts, especially on tough materials like stainless steel. It's water-based, so cleanup is a breeze, and there's no sticky residue left behind. Anchorlube is now my go-to cutting fluid, and I highly recommend it to any machinist.

The King of Cutting Lubes

Anchorlube has been around since I was an apprentice machinist in 1976. It has been a go to lube in every shop I've worked in for the last 50 years and it's been in my own shop for the last 40. It tames noisy endmills and lengthens the life of drills and taps no matter what you're cutting. I use it on ferrous and non-ferrous materials and it only takes a very small amount to help the cutting along.
